Fall 2015: Planned Parenthood Project from Students for Life of America

On Thursday, October 22nd, the Johns Hopkins Voice for Life club hosted the Planned Parenthood Project from Students for Life of America. We invited students to have open, honest discussion about what Planned Parenthood does.

The six panel display was hosted from 10:30am to 2:30pm with 897 pink crosses, which represent the number of abortions that Planned Parenthood does a day.

Most students didn’t know that 94% of Planned Parenthood’s pregnancy services are abortions! We handed out resource lists for life-affirming health care centers in our area and raised awareness about what Planned Parenthood really has planned for us.

JHU Voice for Life’s response to the shooting at the Planned Parenthood in Colorado

We, the Johns Hopkins Voice for Life club, do condemn violence of any kind, especially against Planned Parenthood, abortionists and all abortion industry workers. The pro-life position advocates for the dignity and sanctity of life, peace, and open dialogue with those of opposing viewpoints, and never violence.

We strongly believe that people using violence to promote their views should be held criminally liable for their actions and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

We, as a club and as individuals, are praying for the victims and families of violence in Colorado and around the world because all life is inherently valuable and worth protecting.

For life today and always,
