Students for Life of America
Activism Summit 2015
The Students for Life of America Capital Area Activism Summit will be on Saturday, October 3rd. As Michele Hendrickson writes in an email to our club, “This is the most unique training opportunity our region and Students for Life of America has to offer. You will not only receive the best leadership training available, but also have an opportunity to put what you’ve learned into ACTION on campus. Our goal is to bring as many leaders (and future leaders) as possible together to inspire and equip you to create strong and active groups. We will help you strategize how to grow the pro-life student movement on your campus and abolish abortion in your community.”
This year, it will be hosted at George Mason University in VA and the cost is $15, with lunch and snacks provided. A few VFL members have attended in the past and this is a training summit that is highly recommended. This semester, some members of the executive board will be in attendance. Please let us know if you would also like to attend so that we can arrange transportation together.
